What will your responsibilities be?
On a daily basis you will show apartments to prospective tenants,
create internet advertising, negotiate the terms of the lease, develop
marketing strategies for a diverse range of properties and co-ordinate
with other agents to ensure the office runs as smoothly as possible.
You do need a Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson's license to rent apartments, but we can
walk you though the process of getting licensed and even pay you for work around the office
while you prepare. Believe me you will get experience quick if you work here.
In terms of income, average agents make about $3-5K per month between September and February
and $7-10K between March and August. If you take the middle of those numbers, give yourself
6 weeks of vacation, and add it up that comes to about $64-66K a year, which is a VERY
achievable income here. Our top agents make a lot more than that.
Being a rental agent is hard work with long hours, but your time is your own and opportunities
to challenge yourself and make money are all over the place.
We have 3 offices and many positions to fill. Openings come up all the time so call or email
